Valentine's Day Order Match and Money Math Task

 Good morning!

With Valentine's Day approaching I wanted to provide a fun task for the classroom or home to help students learn order matching skills and adding orders. This task works well for learners being introduced to currency and money math as well as students in the special needs community that need transition tasks in the multi learning level classroom.

Valentine Sweet Shop Order and Money Addition Matching Task is my latest task just in time for Valentine's Day!

 Good morning!

I want to share my newest task just posted today. Pizza Toppings Matching Task

My time in special education working with students with special needs was a very rewarding time. One of the skills these high school age students needed was to learn introductory skills that would be useful for future employment. One skill is to follow customer orders and paying attention to detail. This task helps students with word to ingredient recognition with help of the included poster. Students will use this poster as an aid to match words on customer order cards and then matching the pizza to each order until all 30 orders are complete. (sample image of task)

I have several other vocational tasks to browse through in my store Adaptive Tasks

Please feel free to browse to see if this product or others meet your students' needs.

Thank you!

Back Again

 Good afternoon, Everyone,

I wanted to touch base with you all and share why I have been absent from blogging the past couple of years. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 colon can in May of 2023. I was a hard-fought battle, and he showed such great strength, but he lost his battle August 2025 and is home with our Heavenly Father. I miss my husband dearly and spent my time being by his side at every appointment and simply just trying to spend quality time together.

I am back now, creating new products for my TpT store and learning how to navigate the days ahead without him by my side. I love having my store in Teachers Pay Teachers because it allowed me the time to do what I needed and still be here for me to continue my business.

I look forward to creating again and making products that help students with hands on skills in the special needs classroom and beyond.

Thank you for following my blog and I hope to post weekly, giving myself grace if I need time away here and there.

Here is one of my latest products, School Lunch Binder Task

This task can be used to help student learn to match lunch orders by visual recognition. It is meant to be binder style and works well for independent tasks or visual object cards for speech therapy.

Enjoy this task and many more by clicking this link to Adaptive Tasks and browsing through my store for products that may fit your students' needs.
